As a Manager, you are the bridge between players and the staff team, as well as between moderators and admins. You are responsible for planning staff meetings, identifying player needs, and ensuring clear communication to the community. Experience managing staff teams, handling conflicts, and working with Minecraft servers is required. You must be willing to communicate actively with server admins via WhatsApp (in addition to Discord) and be reachable on WhatsApp for urgent matters.
