As a Builder, you are responsible for creating and designing new structures, event areas, PvP maps, and unique builds for nations and new gamemodes. We are looking for creative individuals with a strong portfolio and experience in Minecraft building. Please provide examples of your previous work and describe your building style and strengths. A Helper is a support role focused on helping players, not punishing them. Helpers answer questions, guide new players, assist during events like Civilization, and report issues to Moderators when needed. They help keep the community running smoothly, but they do not enforce punishments.

As a Manager, you are the bridge between players and the staff team, as well as between moderators and admins. You are responsible for planning staff meetings, identifying player needs, and ensuring clear communication to the community. Experience managing staff teams, handling conflicts, and working with Minecraft servers is required. You must be willing to communicate actively with server admins via WhatsApp (in addition to Discord) and be reachable on WhatsApp for urgent matters. Please describe your management experience, conflict resolution skills, and provide examples of situations you have handled in the past.
